Job Description: The Order Management Specialist fulfills customer’s order of large automated laundry equipment and cross-functionally communicates with customers, dealers, and Milnor personnel to ensure order accuracy by: Accurately inputing order in order management software (ORACLE) in a timely manner and verifying order to ensure data is correct on sales order; including shipping and billing information. Coordinating production-scheduling details – such as specific order changes among customer and cross-checking information with Milnor personnel. Establishing and maintaining clear communication with the appropriate parties throughout order fulfillment process. Serving as a response person for questions on departmental communications materials. Performing other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelors or Associate degree is preferred, but two years of related work experience is acceptable. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Commercial affinity – ability to positively communicate effectively and directly with customers. Detail Oriented and ability to prioritize work. Basic Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel). Ability or willingness to learn applications such as AutoCAD.
