Production Coordinator

Job Description Our client, a major food manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Coordinator to join their team in Sikeston, MO. As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for working in an office setting and stepping out onto the manufacturing floor as needed. Job Title: Production CoordinatorPay Range: $28.00/hr.1st Shift - 7:30am - 1:00pm Monday - Friday, time subject to changeThis is a temporary role for a minimum of 5 months on assignmentWhat's the Job?Collect and validate production data:DFOS downtime trackingWaste, output, and work order data (SAP)Analyze variances and partner cross-functionally (Mix Room, Warehouse, Inventory) to ensure accuracySupport work order completion (TECO) and consumption tracking in SAPDevelop and report loss trees; present findings in weekly waste reviewsBuild and publish reports:Waste by line/product/materialWork order variance analysisOEE and ICMS performance metrics (DFOS + SAP integration)Reconcile production data with inventory and correct discrepanciesReview and approve consumable purchasing suggestionsProvide backup for labor reporting (Kronos/Finance support)Pull monthly DFOS reporting formatsOccasional shop floor presence for audits or variance investigationWhat's Needed?High school diploma required; some college preferredMust be able to communicate and understand EnglishStrong data analysis and Excel (pivot tables required)Experience with SAP or similar systems preferredAbility to work cross-functionally and problem-solve independentlyComfortable interpreting data and communicating to multiple levelsComputer proficient; familiarity with systems like DFOS, SPC, or similar tools a plusHigh school diploma required; some college preferredWhat's in it for me?Weekly payOver time availableFull benefits within 90 days (health, dental, vision, 401K)Free college degree and certificationsIf this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
