Position Overview: As a Sales Lead at DRIP FITNESS STUDIO, your job is to CLOSE individuals into our programs continuously and consistently. You will be responsible for converting internet leads into paying customers through phone outreach, making 100 daily phone calls to potential customers. Your goal is to achieve a 50% show rate and a 70% close rate. Superstar closers must be extremely prompt in getting incoming qualified leads to confirm booked appointments and to show up to their scheduled appointments through manual text communication follow-up. Once the sale is made, your job is not done. You will consistently reach out and build rapport with the new client for future opportunities to ascend clients into our higher-level programs. Purpose Of The Role: To drive business growth by enrolling qualified prospects into DRIP FITNESS STUDIO. Poise: Calm under pressure, holding firm to help prospects make the best decision. Key Responsibilities: Daily Outreach: Make 100 daily phone calls to internet leads to schedule appointments. Build Connections: Build rapport and establish a connection with potential customers. Motivate Leads: Inspire and motivate leads to attend our transformation programs. Achieve Goals: Aim for a 50% show rate for scheduled appointments and a 70% close rate on sales. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system. Follow-Up: Continuously follow up with leads to nurture relationships and encourage enrollment. Collaborate: Work with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts. Stay Informed: Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with our programs and offerings. Commit to Growth: Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal growth and transformation. Appointments: Confirm at least 70 appointments per month that show up to the call. Revenue: Ensure that your enrollment meetings result in a minimum of 28 sales per month. Daily Execution & Reporting: Team Meetings: Attend team meetings via Zoom on Mondays and Thursdays, sharing personal, professional, and client wins. End Of Day: Send in your EOD report, update personal projections, numbers sheet, team tracking sheet, deal pipeline in CRM, and ensure all sets have deals associated with them. Role Details: Time: This is a full-time position, requiring at least 40 hours per week. Compensation: Competitive base salary with commission and performance-based bonuses. Ready to Make an Impact?
