Alphanumeric is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead pharmaceutical facility projects from concept through commissioning. This position is part of a multi-site capital program supporting R&D, GMP manufacturing, and infrastructure expansion. This role will be part of a major pharmaceutical facilities buildout project launching in Q1 2026. We are proactively engaging experienced Construction Project Managers who want to align early with this long-term initiative. Responsibilities Manage full project lifecycle - scope, cost, schedule, risk, and safety. Oversee design, construction, and startup of cleanrooms, utilities, and process systems. Lead cross-functional teams and contractors to ensure safe, efficient, on-time delivery. Develop project execution plans, construction phasing, and commissioning strategies. Implement OSHA and cGMP-compliant safety and quality procedures. Drive vendor selection, permitting, procurement, and turnover package completion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 5+ years' experience delivering construction projects in pharmaceutical or biotech facilities. Deep understanding of cGMP, IQ/OQ validation, and clean utility systems. Skilled in scheduling, ERP tools (SAP preferred), and risk management. PMP certification preferred.
