Our team is currently seeking a hard-working, attentive Bus Attendant. In this role, you'll master the ability to provide support for the F&B team, to ultimately execute the perfect experience for our guests dining experience with us. Follow schedule, sidework, and station assignments Service details: Tabletop maintenance Stock and maintain cleanliness of service stations to include supplies, condiments, clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, ice Refill waters, iced teas, coffees, etc Bread & butter presentation Respond to guest requests Makes coffee/iced tea Carries dirty dishes and perform scullery (scraping dishes) from dining room to stewarding area Cleans and polishes all service supplies Removes all dirty linen Reset all tables in a timely fashion Problem solving / Troubleshooting Qualifications: About you... Passionate about curating the guest experience . Basic knowledgeable of Food and Beverage operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
