Director, Technical Program Management - Technical Solutions Operations

Overview In this role you will lead the Technical Solutions Operations (TSO) PMO to drive scalable, outcomes-focused programs across Datadog’s technical solutions organization. You will build and own the PMO operating model, connect programs to measurable business impact, and partner with VP-level peers to advance cross-functional execution. You’ll deploy AI-enabled workflows to boost efficiency and develop a high-performing TPM team that delivers from alignment to impact.
