Lab Processing Tech

We are currently seeking Rock Processing Laboratory Technicians to support our clients' geological and materials processing operations. This role involves handling and preparing rock samples using specialized equipment and machinery. Ideal candidates are comfortable with physical work, including lifting heavy materials, and are flexible with on-call scheduling.Key Responsibilities:Process and prepare rock samples for analysis using saws, drill presses, and other lab machinerySafely operate heavy equipment and follow operational proceduresAccurately document sample information and maintain lab recordsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the lab and workstationsAdhere strictly to lab safety and handling protocolsRespond to and work during on-call shifts as required Qualifications:Required:Comfortable performing physical tasksWillingness to work on-call shifts (including nights or weekends as needed)Ability to work safely ina lab environmentStrong attention to detail and reliability Preferred:Prior experience in rock processing, mudlogging, or a related fieldHigh school diploma or equivalent (degree not required, but a plus)
