Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development, a passion for creating custom solutions, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that enhance our business processes and drive our company's success. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with business objectives. Develop and maintain complex workflows, process builder processes, and custom objects to support business needs. Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Perform regular system maintenance, including data management, security configurations, and system upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to end-users. Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, recommending improvements to existing processes and systems. Develop and deliver training and documentation for end-users and team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Application Architect are highly preferred. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and ETL tools. Solid understanding of Salesforce security and sharing rules, roles, profiles, and permission sets. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
