This role involves leading complex engineering initiatives, identifying process improvements, and ensuring efficient and high quality production outcomes. The ideal candidate will apply strong technical expertise to resolve manufacturing challenges and drive continuous improvement. This position requires collaboration across teams and the ability to implement innovative solutions where standard practices may not exist.
