Coding Instructor
Code Sensei (Instructor) — Code Ninjas Seattle We're hiring enthusiastic, energetic people to join our team and help kids build coding fundamentals, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. No advanced coding experience required, we'll train you.
The Role:
Guide students (ages 7–14) through coding projects, help them think through problems, and celebrate their wins as they level up. Create a fun, safe environment where kids actually want to show up, help run Parent's Night Out and birthday parties, and keep the dojo ready to go.
Who You Are:
- Experience working with kids (coaching, tutoring, babysitting, mentoring)
- Outgoing, energetic, and genuinely fun to be around
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and coachable
