Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine) Location: Welch, MNSchedule: Monday Thursday 7:30 AM 5:30 PMCompensation: $270,000 $320,000 A community-focused healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician to join a collaborative clinic in Welch, MN. This full-time role offers a 4-day workweek with no weekends, evenings, holidays, or after-hours call , allowing physicians to focus on delivering meaningful patient care while maintaining excellent work life balance. This opening is due to the retirement of a long-tenured physician , creating a great opportunity for a provider who values relationship-based, patient-centered medicine . Position Overview The physician will provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages , including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care. The clinic operates in a patient-centered model that prioritizes quality care and long-term relationships over RVUs or quotas , allowing physicians to focus on delivering thoughtful care. Appointments are designed to support high-quality interactions with 30- and 60-minute visits , conducted both in person and virtually .
