Job Summary: Works with customers to identify failures in our products and recommends the correct solution to ensure customer satisfaction.Essential Job FunctionsResponsible for the disassembling, testing and reassembling incoming valves and pumpsThoroughly inspects and cleans incoming partsBuilds and converts valve packagesReviews, stocks and re-stocks warehouse overflow and default locations - adjusting inventory as neededReceives manufactured and purchased parts into inventory – adjusting inventory as neededDocuments all required customer maintenance recordsMay perform general facility maintenance, truck/equipment maintenance and shipping/receiving dutiesComplies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
