Program Director (Remote - US)

For our client, we are seeking a Program Director (remote - Us) to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will drive critical programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable progress. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Media environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $144,381 – $245,448 annuallyResponsibilities Oversee strategy, technology, engagement, and analytics teams for a complex enterprise program Translate mission and business strategies into actionable plans and build stakeholder partnerships Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide updates Lead the development of a customized program management framework Manage hiring, onboarding, team development, and other HR functions for a high-performing team Serve as the main point of contact for managing schedules, budgets, risks, and priorities Coordinate financial and contractual matters, including forecasting, reporting, and subcontractor managementQualifications Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution 7+ years delivering custom technical solutions in government contexts 4+ years managing multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams PMP certification from the Project Management Institute Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance Must reside and work in the U.SBenefits Opportunities for professional growth Comprehensive health benefits Generous vacation and retirement plans Employee support program Participation in charity initiativesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
