Role Description The Marketing Manager will oversee and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the Taste Buds Kitchen brand, increase visibility, and drive customer engagement. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chester, MD, where you will collaborate closely with our dynamic team. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, creating promotional content, analyzing performance metrics, overseeing social media strategy, and exploring opportunities for brand growth and partnerships. You will play a key role in ensuring cohesive communication across all platforms while continuously optimizing campaigns. Qualifications Marketing and Digital Marketing expertise, including analytics and campaign managementContent Creation, Copywriting, and Social Media Management skillsExperience in Brand Development, Public Relations, and Event PromotionStrong Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving abilitiesProficiency in Marketing Tools, such as CRM platforms and analytics softwareEffective Project Management and Organizational skillsExcellent Written and Verbal Communication abilitiesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferredExperience in the hospitality or event planning industry is a plus
