Devops Engineer - Netcracker Cloud Platform

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together We are looking for a talented and driven DevOps Engineer with expertise in the Netcracker Digital BSS/OSS to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our Netcracker-based solutions, with a focus on automation, scalability, and reliability. You will work closely with development and operations teams to streamline processes, enhance performance, and ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for the Netcracker Cloud Solution to automate build, test, and deployment processes. Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration within the existing infrastructure. Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and reliability of services. Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, scaling, and configuration of resources to support the solutions. Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans, backup strategies, and failover mechanisms to ensure data integrity and system resilience. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, working closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery. Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or similar Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible. Solid understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on scalability, automation, and performance optimization Experience with Netcracker products and an understanding of telecom services and products Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
