A Load Team Member w/LTO loads cases of product to fill distributor orders; operates components of shipping automation; loads and unloads transferred product; maintains a clean and orderly work area, keeps waste to a minimum; and performs other duties as needed. Required QualificationsPossession of, or ability to obtain, a McKee Foods LTO license and maintain it Flexibility to perform a variety of tasks and functions as needed Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently Basic math skills Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with management, coworkers, and customers Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to repetitively lift and move up to 40 lbs.
