Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.Tasks and Qualifications:What you will do in this role: Ensure Finance has clean, reliable, and well-governed data to support analytics and AI initiativesBridge fragmented Dematic data sources into unified, actionable datasetsDevelop, build, and maintain data pipelines from enterprise systems including SAP, Salesforce, global cost book, and other proprietary data sourcesImplement and ensure the integrity of data quality checks, monitoring, and validation processesBuild, enhance, and maintain analytics dashboards for Finance team members using Power AppsTranslate Finance reporting and analytical requirements into structured datasets and visual insightsPartner with an AI/ML engineer to deliver curated, model-ready datasets for advanced analytics and machine learning use casesDocument data definitions, business logic, and pipeline processes to ensure consistency and clarityWhat we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field2-5 years proven experience in data analytics, reporting, data engineering, or a related role (internships, co-ops, or academic projects included)Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and transformationExperience building dashboards or reports in Power BI or a similar BI toolStrong data validation, problem-solving, and analytical skillsAbility to clearly communicate insights to Finance and non-technical partnersExposure to SAP or Salesforce data structures preferredBasic experience with ETL / data pipeline development preferredFamiliarity with Python or similar tools for data transformation preferredUnderstanding of Finance concepts such as cost structures, reporting, or forecasting preferredExposure to AI, machine learning, or sophisticated analytics projects is strongly preferred
