Community Education Coordinator (LTC) - Full Time - Tomball

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Long Term Care Community Education Coordinator position in the Tomball area.Job Description:Primary function is to act as liaison between the Company and the community regarding community and long-term care patient needs. Responsibilities include promotion of Hospice programs and services while maintaining the standards of practice consistent with quality health care and maximizing human, financial and equipment resources.Qualifications:Must be a graduate of an accredited college / university - preferredExperience in hospice, healthcare marketing and/or LTC coordinationMust have knowledge of a Long-Term Care environment(s)Must have good oral communication and writing skills, and be able to speak well in publicMust be able to practice the principles of good public relationsEffective written and verbal communicationAbility to travel - must have reliable transportationClean background, drug screen, and driving recordBenefits:Semi-monthly pay periods - Direct DepositHealthcare Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(K)PTO (Personal Time Off)Holiday Pay
