Position Overview: Profession: PhysicianSpecialty: Traumatic Brain Injury/General MedicineDefault Rate Type: DailyEmergency/Temp Privileges: NoShift Type: Days Shift Description: PRN Basis: As needed basisShifts: TBDHalf Day: 4 hours or lessFull Day: 4-8 hours Job Details: Start Date: ASAP - OngoingRate Type: DailyPractice Setting: Ongoing PRN basisBoard Certification: RequiredCertification Eligibility: Board EligibleState License: South Carolina Duties and Responsibilities: Perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams.Conduct interview-based assessments with physical evaluations including range of motion and muscle strength testing.Evaluate traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions.No prescribing or treatment required.Utilize a Goniometer for assessments.Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio conditions required.Proficiency in METs testing and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.Must own a personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops/MACs).Training provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).Submit Reporting/DBQs within 48 hours upon exam completion, adhering to standardized form requirements.Evaluations to be completed in provider portal and records are reviewed.Provider needed: more than 5 Additional Requirements: Board Certification or eligibility in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R.Certification eligibility in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R.
