Product Owner / Strong BA (GL & Commercial Lines – Rating Focus)Remote11 months ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong business analysis expertise to lead Commercial Lines initiatives with a focus on General Liability and rating. In this role, you will drive product vision and delivery by gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions within a Guidewire environment. You will work closely with actuarial, underwriting, and technology teams to define pricing rules, rating algorithms, and underwriting inputs while ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. You will take ownership of the product backlog, prioritize features, and lead sprint planning activities to ensure timely and high quality delivery. Additionally, you will support user acceptance testing, validate business outcomes, and ensure that solutions align with state specific filings and compliance standards.Required SkillStrong experience in General Liability within Commercial Lines insuranceDeep understanding of the Commercial Lines policy lifecycleHands on experience with rating engines and pricing modelsExperience working with Guidewire PolicyCenterProven experience working in Agile or Scrum environments as a Product Owner or Senior Business AnalystDesired SkillExposure to Guidewire Rating or integration with external rating enginesExperience in the US insurance marketStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to align cross functional teams
