We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional service in the commercial HVAC sector. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of HVAC systems for our valued customers.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems that are not functioning and replace defective parts.Perform preventive maintenance on all types of HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and identify potential issues for our customers.Act as a trusted adviser, recommending appropriate repairs and upgrades to customers.Discuss pricing, value, and advantages of recommended repairs and upgrades.Build strong customer relationships and gain understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.Perform related work as assigned.QualificationsPreferred 6 years of experience specific to the HVAC industry.Knowledge of the theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the trade.Possession of basic hand tools.Ability to read, understand, and work from specifications and drawings.Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, lift, and move heavy objects.Ability to work on-call.Knowledge of the following systems:Roof top unitsCooling towersChillersHeat PumpsAir conditionersHydronic systemsGeothermal unitsGas furnaces and gas boilersOil furnaces and oil boilersBenefitsPEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
