Position Summary:
The primary responsibility is to support the Service Provider Compliance Audit team in monitoring quality, compliance, and performance of all Service Providers contracted by Portfolio Recovery Associates for outsourced collections.
PLEASE NOTE: This role has a HYBRID work arrangement, combining Remote and Onsite work from our Norfolk, VA office. (3 days a week onsite/ 2 days a week Remote. 40-hour work week, with flexible working hours). Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned
Conducts remote audits of External Vendors and Recovery Service Providers which include: Judgment, Cost, NSF, SIF-PIF, and Performance reviews on pre-selected accounts.
nthly Calibration Audits with Service Providers to include Balance and Inventory Reconciliations, Financial Reconciliations, Statute of Limitation Audits, Telephone Call Monitoring Audit, Complaint and Dispute Log Audits, and NSF Reporting Audit.
