We’re currently working on a 3D stylized cooking-themed, semi-open world multiplayer game, built with care to offer players rich co-op gameplay and dynamic environments.Our international team values originality, collaboration, and pushing creative boundaries, always aiming to deliver games that feel fresh, meaningful, and fun.If you love building ambitious systems and want to help shape something new from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you!Note: This is an game's revenue-share based position; compensation will be through a revenue share model rather than an upfront salary.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Unity Developer to join our growing team.In this role, you will work closely with designers, artists, and other developers to bring creative visions to life, implementing core features and ensuring a smooth gameplay experience.Key Responsibilities:Implement and maintain game features, mechanics, and systems using Unity (C#).Optimize game performance across multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile).Stay up to date with the latest Unity features and game development trends.Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other developers to ensure a seamless development process.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to implement game features and mechanics.Qualifications:3+ years experience in Unity (C#) game development.Solid knowledge of physics systems, including vehicle dynamics, collision handling, and obstacle avoidance.Familiarity with multiplayer systems and network synchronization.Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code principles.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration abilities within a multidisciplinary team.Desire to improve and learn from others.Fluent English.Nice To Have:Experience developing cross-platform games (PC & Mobile).Familiarity with backend systems and live services.Exposure to agile/scrum workflows.Background in developing games for PC and/or Mobile platforms.What We Offer:A creative, international, and collaborative remote team.Ownership and responsibility, with your ideas and technical vision making a real impact.Flexible working hours and fully remote work.Join as a core team member and earn a share of the game’s revenue, your contribution directly shapes your reward.Access to free masterclasses and mentoring sessions from industry veterans, helping the whole team grow together.Every stage of collaboration is covered by clear, internationally valid agreements to protect both you and the team.
