Regional Vice President

Job Description: Organize and direct Electrification Installation Products field sales districts and areas in the Gulf Region.To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.Plan and execute sales activities to achieve maximum profitable volume.Lead and develop a high‐performing sales organization by directing multi‐level leaders.Drive strategic sales growth through annual field sales planning and market analysis.Optimize sales structure and performance by evaluating territories and staffing.Strengthen market position by overseeing key customers and guiding solution‐selling strategies.Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Business, Marketing, or STEM.Minimum of 10 years selling into electrical or heavy industrial markets with a focus on distribution is a must.Sales Team Management: At least 5 years of experience.Additional experience in area sales management, sales engineering, and/or channel management strongly preferred.Cross-Functional Experience: Experience in roles such as product management/marketing, custom manufacturing solutions center (CMSC), supply chain, operations, engineering, or program management.P&L Responsibility: Experience managing and delivering results according to a sales plan.Strategic Planning: Experience in strategic and profit planning.Start-Up or Turnaround Experience: Experience with managing in start-up or turnaround situations.Benefits: Choice between two medical plan options: A PPO plan called the Copay Plan OR a High Deductible Health Plan (with a Health Savings Account) called the High Deductible Plan.Choice between two dental plan options: Core and Core PlusVision benefitCompany paid life insurance (2X base pay)Company paid AD&D (1X base pay)Voluntary life and AD&D – 100% employee paid up to maximumsShort Term Disability – up to 26 weeks – Company paidLong Term Disability – 60% of pay – Company paid.
