You'll be:Setting up, operating, and maintaining screen printers, glue machines, reflow ovens, SMT placement machines, stencil cleaners, conveyors, and other equipment used in PCB assemblyEnsuring the daily build plan is met according to production planner requirementsInterfacing with complex machine hardware and softwareIdentifying and reporting defective components and processing non-conforming materialPerforming minor machine adjustments and inspecting own work for accuracy and integrityAssisting with new product introduction (NPI), including creating and debugging programs and training new operatorsMaintaining detailed logs, cleanliness of the work area, and accuracy of work-in-processParticipating in quality teams and training other employees as neededThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a High School Diploma or equivalentPossess 3+ years of experience operating SMT equipment (NPI experience a plus)Hold IPC-A-610 Certification and have ESD TrainingDemonstrate knowledge of component identification, nomenclature, and handling (including ESD requirements)Have basic computer skills, problem-solving ability, and strong organizational skillsCan follow written procedures, verbal instructions, and visual aids with attention to detailCommunicate and work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing and organizing workload efficientlyAre knowledgeable of ISO9001 and IPC-610 requirementsAre a US Person as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, those granted asylum or amnesty, as work includes ITAR controlled technical data)Are willing to work flexible hours as necessaryWhat happens nextOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
