Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Trial Attorney located in New York, NY. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in court, preparing legal motions, handling depositions, jury selection + trials. Daily tasks will also encompass legal research, drafting, and presenting arguments, as well as working with clients and other legal professionals to develop case strategies. Qualifications Strong expertise in all stages of personal injury trial practice, as well as case managemnt and jr associate oversight Top proficiency in motion practice Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage a heavy caseload and deadlines effectivelyJuris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New York State Bar (NJ and / or Fed admission is a plus, but not a must) Prior experience as a Trial Attorney of at least 7-10 years is a must
