Job OverviewAs a Head of AI Enablement, you will help to lead the adoption of artificial intelligence across the business. This role will focus on translating AI capabilities into practical, high-value use cases that improve how work gets done across functions. The Head of Enterprise AI Enablement will partner closely with business leaders to redesign workflows, accelerate decision-making, and drive measurable business outcomes through responsible AI adoption.Key Responsibilities- Enterprise AI Strategy and Use Case DevelopmentPartner with executive and functional leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned to business goalsTranslate business problems into practical AI-enabled solutionsDevelop and maintain a prioritized enterprise AI use case roadmapEnsure AI initiatives focus on measurable outcomes such as productivity, speed, cost reduction, or revenue growth- AI Enablement and AdoptionLead AI pilots from concept through implementation, focusing on rapid experimentation and learningDesign and support workflow changes that embed AI into day-to-day workDevelop playbooks, prompts, and best practices to accelerate adoptionAct as a hands-on coach to leaders and teams using AI tools- Cross-Functional PartnershipWork closely with the CIO and IT team to ensure AI initiatives align with security, data, and governance standardsPartner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to support responsible AI useCollaborate with Finance to track and communicate ROI from AI initiatives- Change Leadership and CommunicationHelp shift mindsets around how work is done using AICreate simple, practical communication that demystifies AI for non-technical audiencesSupport executive readiness and confidence in using AI tools- Measurement and Continuous ImprovementDefine success metrics for AI pilots and scaled solutionsTrack adoption, value realization, and lessons learnedContinuously refine approaches based on feedback and resultsSkills / QualificationsRequired7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or transformation rolesHands-on experience applying generative AI tools in real business contextsStrong ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutionsProven experience leading cross-functional initiativesComfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none existsExcellent communication skills with both executives and frontline teamsPreferredExperience leading or supporting enterprise AI, automation, or digital transformation initiativesGeneral understanding of AI, machine learning, and data-driven technologies and their potential applications across manufacturing and business functionsFamiliarity with enterprise data environments, cloud platforms and the role of IT in enabling scalable AI solutionsExposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial organizations, including opportunities to apply AI to improve efficiency, quality or decision-makingExperience partnering with technology teams to align business priorities with secure, scalable technical implementationTotal Rewards:We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceBasic and optional life insuranceShortAAAAAAAAAAAA' and longAAAAAAAAAAAA'term disability coverage401(k) plan with company matchTuition assistanceFlexible spending accountsOur Commitment to a Diverse Workforce:FXI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
