Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Raleigh, NC, for a Behavioral Health Technician. The Behavioral Health Technician will implement individualized therapeutic interventions for children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include executing behavior plans, collecting data to monitor progress, supporting skill development in areas such as communication and social skills, and collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care. This role requires compassionate interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping children thrive in their environment. Qualifications Knowledge of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Experience in Behavioral Intervention and techniques to support children with autismStrong Communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with families and teamsUnderstanding of Psychology principles related to child development and behaviorHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)Ability to obtain or maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificationPatience, empathy, and a strong passion for working with children and their familiesAbility to provide services in an on-site environment in Raleigh, NC
