Full-Time Houseparent

Seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA, providing care and guidance for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading devotions, and managing household tasks. Initially, couples work a schedule of nine days on duty followed by three days off, eventually transitioning to living and working with the same students full-time.Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 per couple), housing, meals, health insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid time off.Qualifications: experience with youth, married for at least two years, both spouses 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs., and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus.
