If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy building with TypeScript, this is the place for you.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide responsive product support and triage technical issues for advanced AI platformsDesign, execute, and document QA test cases to ensure high-quality releasesSource, monitor, and analyze user feedback from platforms such as x.com and reddit.com, sharing actionable insights with the teamParticipate in general operations workflows to facilitate smooth product deliveryContribute to technical build projects, coding independently with TypeScriptCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bugs and improve featuresStay current with AI video generator trends and integrate user feedback into QA processesRequired Skills and QualificationsAdvanced proficiency in TypeScript, with proven ability to code independently (hard requirement)Portfolio of self-built projects (mandatory; applications without this will not be considered)Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experienceExperience supporting, testing, or building AI video generator technologiesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsComfortable with customer support, QA, and operational workflowsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving technical environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with community engagement or user-facing forumsUnderstanding of best practices in AI platform support and quality assuranceFamiliarity with agile development and issue tracking tools
