Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Reading Tutor based in Jacksonville, FL. The AI Reading Tutor will provide personalized and adaptive reading support to students, implement literacy intervention programs, and customize tutoring plans to enhance reading comprehension and fluency. The role involves working closely with students and educators to track progress and leverage AI-based tools effectively. The tutor will also provide in-person guidance and support to ensure students achieve their literacy goals. Qualifications Proficient in Reading Intervention and Literacy techniquesExperience in Tutoring and Online Tutoring formatsStrong Communication skills to foster effective interactions with students and educatorsAbility to adapt tutoring methods using AI tools and technologiesPatience, empathy, and a passion for improving student literacyBachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field preferredPrior experience in implementing literacy programs is a plus
