Candidates must be willing to travel to the client site in Washington, DC, 1–2 times per month, based on business needs.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced OutSystems Solution Architect / Lead Developer with strong hands-on experience in OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC). The ideal candidate will architect, design, and develop enterprise-grade applications using ODC while providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.Must-Have Skills: OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC), OutSystems Architecture, Reactive Web, REST APIs, AWS/Azure, CI/CD, Agile.Required Skills10+ years of software development experience.5+ years of OutSystems development/architecture experience.Hands-on experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC) – Mandatory.Strong experience building Reactive Web and Mobile applications.Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).Experience with CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile/Scrum.Knowledge of application architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.Experience with AI/Generative AI integrations is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop enterprise applications using OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).Define scalable solution architecture and integration patterns.Lead development teams and perform architecture/code reviews.Build reusable components and ensure application performance and security.Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Support CI/CD, deployment, and application lifecycle management.“Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
