Shift Supervisor

Join our team as a Shift Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service at Taco Bell. As a valued support to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you'll help maintain high standards while leading our team during shift hours.In this position, you'll take ownership of your responsibilities, proactively resolve issues, and provide guidance to fellow Team Members. You will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and that our customers receive safe, high-quality food in a friendly environment. Additionally, your efforts will focus on creating a safe atmosphere for both Team Members and guests.Key behaviors and responsibilities include:Promptly and courteously addressing customer complaints.Offering constructive feedback to Team Members positively.Maintaining open and honest communication with the Restaurant Management team.Adhering to cash handling, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures.
