This candidate will play an integral role in the efficiency of Trove Brands Inbound/Outbound supply chain. They will be expected to be a leader in all aspects of the Fulfillment Crew's job duties. This candidate should have a very strong drive/work ethic to encourage solid production numbers from themselves as well as those they work with.Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:Maintain highest levels of forklift operating safety proceduresDirect the put away and bin replenishment operations by exampleStrategize inbound receiving proceduresEnsure high levels of inventory accuracy during dock to stock process and bin transfersLead varying warehouse team projects, ensuring maximum group efficiencyManage warehouse organization, general cleanliness and safety proceduresQualificationsWe seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment.
