A company is looking for a Director of Proposal Operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the proposal development process, ensuring high-quality submissions Oversee the proposal team and manage all aspects of proposal development and submission Design and implement proposal processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 10+ years of experience in proposal management within a leadership role Proven track record of managing large, complex proposals across multiple industries APMP certification or equivalent proposal management accreditation Experience with knowledge management systems and content development tools
