This role is ideal for an Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or similarly experienced chef who excels in high-performance kitchen environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional food and hospitality.The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in menu creation, establishing culinary standards, developing and mentoring a talented kitchen team, overseeing daily operations, maintaining impeccable quality and consistency, managing food and labor costs, and helping shape the overall vision of the restaurant.Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, a hands-on management style, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record in fine dining, luxury hospitality, Michelin-recognized, or high-volume upscale restaurants.
