Databricks Platform Administrator

OverviewRazor is seeking experienced Databricks Platform Administrators to support large-scale federal data modernization initiatives for a federal client. This role focuses on standing up, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Databricks environments used by enterprise analytics and engineering teams. These positions are funded and actively hiring immediately, supporting high-demand programs across the federal government.Education & Certification RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred, depending on contract requirementsDatabricks Professional Certification strongly preferredClearance RequirementsAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearanceAbility to obtain a TS clearance100% Remote RequirementOccasional client travel may be requiredResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Databricks platform environmentsConfigure workspace settings, cluster management, permissions, and platform securitySupport onboarding and integration of enterprise data sourcesMonitor platform performance, stability, and usage optimizationTroubleshoot platform issues and support engineering teamsAssist with cloud integrations and infrastructure coordinationImplement governance, compliance, and operational best practicesQualifications2 3+ years of hands-on Databricks administration experienceStrong understanding of Databricks platform architecture and configurationExperience with cloud environments such as AWS or AzureExperience supporting enterprise-scale data platformsAbility to troubleshoot platform and data integration issuesEligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearanceDesired SkillsExperience in government or federal consulting environmentsFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automationExperience supporting highly regulated environmentsStrong collaboration and communication skills in client-facing settingsRazor is an EEO EmployerRazor is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
