Rural Primary Care - Southern Florida Employed practice seeks BC/BE Internists and/or Family Practitioners to join their established group Base salary: $220,000 plus quarterly bonus potential. Bonuses can total over $25,000 quarterly Join 3 full time physicians (2 FPs and a Pediatrician), 2 full time NPs and one part time NP Outpatient only - no call Monday - Friday base schedule of 8:30 am to 5 pm with rotating Mondays and Wednesdays working 10 am to 7 pm Average patient volume: 18-20 daily Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Rural Health Clinic - National Health Services Corps site (HPSA 18) Benefits include: PTO, educational stipend, paid holidays, health, dental, and vision coverage, 403B retirement plan, relocation, and more! Loan repayment through NHSC and potential for up to $15,000 from employer annually County population of 40,000 Located 35 minutes from Fort Myers, 45 minutes from Cape Coral, and 2 hours from Miami H1B cap-exempt
