Job DescriptionJD – Senior IAM EngineerResponsibilities Collaborate with internal and external technical and business teams to integrate applications, including custom-developed, third-party developed, SaaS, and COTS, with Okta for single sign-on and multi-factor authentication. Promptly respond to, and resolve, Incidents affecting operations. Incident resolution prioritizes restoring full services and performing root cause analysis after Incident resolution. Complete requests, using ServiceNow ITSM, related to authentication, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and federation. Collaborate with other authentication team members to design, implement, and maintain authentication and authorization policies. Use ServiceNow daily to manage support requests and incident tickets. Technical Skills Required Demonstrated experience with Identity Provider platforms, including Okta Identity Engine. Demonstrated experience with authentication concepts and protocols including, but not limited to, single sign-on, Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), AuthN, AuthZ, and FIDO2. Demonstrated knowledge of authentication and authorization best practices and industry standards. Demonstrated understanding of Active Directory (AD), LDAP, user accounts, and AD groups. Demonstrated understanding of Privileged Access Management and Zero Trust concepts. Technical Skills Preferred Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Identity Provider platforms, including SecureAuth and Auth0. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Privileged Access Management platforms, including CyberArk.
