We are seeking a talented individual and drive the recruitment efforts for a leading global company. This role will be based out of the Elkhart IN area for this hybrid role.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization. Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified applicants. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions. Foster positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 5-10 years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably within the manufacturing or similar industry. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
