Shipping And Receiving ClerkThe Shipping and Receiving Clerk, reporting to the Service/Production Manager, is responsible for filling all orders, verification and receiving product from vendors, and maintaining cycle counts. They will assist walk-in customers with their pickups and occasionally pickup or deliver product to customers and vendors. This role will work with inside and outside sales teams to ensure timely shipping/receiving of all product and arranging for the transportation of products. They will also assist in a variety of warehouse duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Shipping & Receiving Responsibilities:Loading and unloading all trucks.Inventory cycle counting.Picking orders.Scheduling freight trucks.Repetitive lifting and moving of heavy objects.Receive and verify parts against purchase order.Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures.Other duties as assigned.Education/Skills/Experience:Required:Computer skills; including Microsoft Office, UPS WorldShip, and FedEx OnlineValid driver's license and ability to be covered by company insurance.Preferred:Forklift experience.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift 50lbs.Ability to stand or walk most of the day.Ability to twist and turn at least 25% of day.Stoop and bend at least 25% of day.Ability to reach above shoulders at least 25% of day.Repetitive hand and wrist movements at least 50% of the day.Forearm rotation at least 25%of the day.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.
