Safety & Cleanliness: Supervise Daily Operations:Lead and supervise team members during your assigned shift to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operationsMonitor food preparation and ensure it meets KFC's quality standards for taste, presentation, and portion controlEnsure the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms are clean and organizedEnforce health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal lawsHandle opening and closing duties, including cash handling, securing the restaurant, and managing the shift transitionsEnsure excellent customer service is provided by the team, creating a welcoming and friendly environment for all guestsHandle customer complaints and concerns in a calm, professional manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfactionEnsure that service is timely, accurate, and meets KFC's standards for guest satisfactionDirect and motivate team members during the shift to ensure they meet performance expectationsProvide on-the-job training and support to team members, including new hiresMonitor team performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and teamworkAssist in delegating tasks and assigning roles to team members based on needs during the shiftPromote a positive work environment, motivating staff to work together and achieve team goalsAssist with inventory management, ensuring that supplies and ingredients are adequately stocked for your shiftHelp monitor food and product waste and ensure proper portion control to minimize lossesEnsure that all kitchen equipment is in working order and report any maintenance issues promptlyHandle cash transactions and ensure that registers are balanced at the beginning and end of the shiftEnsure that all transactions are completed accurately, and cash deposits are handled according to company guidelinesHelp manage labor costs by optimizing staffing levels based on customer volumeAssist with training new employees and provide continuous feedback and guidance to improve performanceHelp assess team members' strengths and weaknesses and support their ongoing developmentEnsure that the restaurant meets KFC's safety and cleanliness standards, including food safety and sanitation proceduresMaintain the cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms throughout the shiftConduct safety checks on equipment and ensure that team members follow safe working practicesSkills & Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or customer service role, with some leadership experience (preferred) Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and ensure guest satisfaction Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and staff Organization: Ability to multitask and stay organized while managing multiple responsibilities Time Management: Efficient in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and solve issues quickly and effectively Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysPhysical Demands:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shiftsAbility to lift and carry items up to 50 poundsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
