Job SummaryThe Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze financial data and create detailed financial reports and models.Monitor financial performance by tracking key metrics and identifying trends.Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to budgeted figures.Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial information.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Proven 2-4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.Strong knowledge of financial software (Excel, SAP, Oracle, Famous, or etc.).Experience In Agriculture, Manufacture, Or Construction Industry Is Preferred.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.Strong organizational and time management skills.Professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a preferred.
