Financial AnalystHybrid – 3 Days Onsite | Western Suburbs of ChicagoA leading global organization is seeking a skilled and analytical Financial Analyst to support multiple operations. This role will partner closely with leadership and finance stakeholders to provide financial insights, reporting, and analytical support. The ideal candidate has experience in inventory-driven industries and thrives in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport FP&A activitiesAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysisPrepare and analyze P&L reports, identifying trends and key business driversDevelop and maintain financial reporting using data visualization toolsPartner with finance leaders to support decision-making and operational performanceEnsure accuracy and consistency of financial data across reporting cyclesContribute to ad hoc analysis and special projects as neededRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in a financial analysis or accounting roleExperience in inventory-based industries strongly preferred (manufacturing, distribution/wholesale, logistics/warehousing, or CPG)Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and other core formulas)Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisBasic understanding of P&L statementsStrong communication skills with ability to build relationships across business and finance teamsAbility to work independently while collaborating across multiple stakeholdersPreferred Tools/SystemsPower BI (reporting and visualization)
