Senior Technical Customer Success Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager - OEM.
Key Responsibilities
Manage technical relationships with OEM/Embed partners, supporting onboarding, architecture design, and product integration
Guide partners on implementation and architecture decisions, including API integration and workflow execution models
Collaborate with engineering teams to solve integration challenges and ensure production-ready deployments
Required Qualifications
Strong technical foundation with experience in APIs, backend systems, and debugging integration issues
Experience with embedded platforms or developer tools
Expertise in architecture and implementation, particularly in multi-tenant systems and workflow orchestration
Understanding of AI and automation systems
Business acumen regarding OEM partnerships and licensing structures
