With a massive multi-year runway, we are building the mission-critical infrastructure that ensures digital sovereignty for the world’s most sensitive institutions.We are hiring a Rust Engineer to own technical direction from Day Zero.This is a greenfield build involving:Distributed Cryptographic Protocols: Moving beyond standard E2EE into next-gen security.Extreme Reliability: Building high-throughput systems where 100% uptime is a security mandate.Complex Architectures: Designing multi-tenant isolation and zero-knowledge frameworks from scratch.Who You Are:Systems Expert: You’ve built and scaled high-performance backends from 0 to 1.Architectural Clarity: You have deep, well-reasoned opinions on how to build for long-term reliability.Technical Ownership: You’re ready to lead a greenfield project without the burden of legacy code.The "Bonus": You have a background (or a deep obsession) with cryptography, privacy-preserving systems, or E2EE.*Candidates must be U.S. Persons (as defined by ITAR/EAR) and eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.*
