Basic proficiency in mathematics (counting, addition, subtraction).Physical Demands of Position:Ability to safely be near or around meat cutting and grinding equipment in the Department while it is in operation. Able to lift up to 100 pounds with control. Standing, walking, reaching, reaching overhead, twisting, bending/stooping and repetitive arm and hand movements are also part of this position
