In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for customers and ensure all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for customers on-site, answering questions and resolving issuesSafely and efficiently load and unload trucks with all necessary materials, tools, and equipmentPerform soft washing and holiday lighting installations according to company standards and timelinesProtect customer property by moving items, covering surfaces, and safeguarding landscapingConduct minor equipment repairs and ensure regular maintenance and cleaning of work vehiclesDocument job progress with before/after photos, update records in the CRM system, and manage invoicing/payment collectionMaintain strict adherence to company safety protocols and foster a safe work environmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED (preferred)Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)Experience using exterior cleaning equipment (preferred; training provided)Comfortable working at heights and climbing laddersAbility to work outdoors for extended periods and lift heavy equipmentStrong communication and leadership skillsReliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focusedWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceAccess to top-tier tools and ongoing training A respectful, team-oriented work culture Career advancement and professional development opportunities Performance-based incentivesApply Today!Ready to lead with confidence and help customers love the way their homes look?
