SOUTH DEERFIELD Events Security Seasonal The role of Tree House brewingCompany Events Security involves ensuring the safety and well-being ofattendees, staff and property during events, including monitoring,entrances and exits, patrolling the venue, providing crowd control, andresponding to emergencies. This position is Seasonal (see link below forschedule) during the summer months and will primarily report into ourDeerfield, MA location as well as potentially satellite parkinglot/event areas. The pay for this position is \$24.00/hr. Please Note:Hours will vary week to week based on our events schedule. As EventsSecurity, you are responsible for the following: Checking IDs andtickets credentials to verify authorized access within the facilitiesMonitoring entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized Entry and ExitScreening individuals and belongings for prohibited items Assisting withevent set up and teardown Coordinating with emergency services and otherrelevant personnel Providing customer service and answering questionsfrom attendees Enforcing event rules and regulations Protecting companyassets, and preventing theft or damage through an observe and reportprocess Security personnel will also be required in the event of anemergency to staff and manage specific locations within the venuedesignated as emergency shelter Provide friendly and helpful customerservice to team members, guests, and other members of the publicCommunicate clearly and concisely with our guests, Tree House personnel,and third party vendors as to the situation as it arises Coordinationwith Emergency Services personnel in regards to next steps or actionsrequired in the event of non-medical emergencies Monitoring and managingthe safety of our overall grounds/facilities for all attendees May berequired to perform other duties as assigned by management RoleRequirements: At least one year\'s experience in law enforcement,military, or as a Security Guard, Security Officer or another similarrole required Must be 18+ years of age or older at time of applicationAbility to push, pull, bend, and lift in excess of 50 lbs. as necessaryto perform required tasks as assigned throughout the workday.
