If you're a seasoned mechanical PM who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values a collaborative team culture, and wants to work with a company that consistently wins high-profile projects, this is worth a conversation. *What You'll Be Doing* * Managing mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery * Coordinating with field superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on track * Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and cost reports * Leading submittal and RFI processes and managing owner/GC relationships * Participating in buyout, procurement, and subcontractor management * Supporting estimating and preconstruction efforts on new bids as needed What They're Looking For * *5+ years of project management experience* in mechanical contracting (HVAC, plumbing, piping, or related) * Proven track record managing commercial or industrial projects ranging from $1M–$20M+ * Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction drawings, and specifications * Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Viewpoint, or similar) * Excellent communication skills with both field teams and executive stakeholders * A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience Why This Role? * Competitive base salary + performance bonus * Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) * Stable pipeline of work with a company that has long-term client relationships * Room for growth into senior leadership * A team that takes care of their people — low turnover speaks for itself Interested?
